Window 7 announced, MacOSX 5.3 suspected
By servaas | May 28th, 2008 | Category: Dutch Info Network, Tech Interest |Apparently it is upgrade-time in operating system country: Windows 7 is announced and demoed at a conference in Caliornia by Steve and Bill. As Microsoft has a habit of doubling the required specs each time a new version of its operating system, I wonder what we need to run Windows 7, a supercomputer or mainframe maybe?!
At the same time, the MacOSX 5.3 is suspected fixing several issues most of us have run into every and then.
Build 9D25 was released to developers at the end of last month with twenty-two fixes in place.
- Back To My Mac improvements (I’ll settle for it working at all)
- Graphics driver performance fix
- Issue with Safari bookmarks and .Mac Mail account resolved
- Joining AirPort network after wake issue resolved
All in all, an interesting time for our computers!
